John Greene has handled a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, practicing in both state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration panels and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  John has successfully defended a variety of employers in cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment and unpaid wage claims.  John has extensive experience representing temporary and permanent staffing organizations with respect to the enforcement of restrictive covenants, including non-competition and non-solicitation provisions.  John has also represented a number of alcoholic beverage distributors in matters concerning beer and wine distribution rights.
