Roger Roisman is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years experience. As a former tax attorney, Roger specializes in structuring transactions in ways that enable his clients to achieve their goals in a timely way while realizing optimal tax-efficient outcomes. His practice is diverse. He has represented institutional investors, developers and office and retail tenants in various transactions, and is very active in representing developers of major projects throughout the country, particularly in the New York City area.
