Juan Carlos Stolberg is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate, Capital Formation and Securities Law Department with experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, product distribution and general corporate matters.  His practice involves assisting in the structuring of a broad range of transactions, including asset acquisitions, private placement offerings, distribution of goods and franchise offering circulars.  Juan Carlos has represented clients working in a variety of fields, including investment managers, fund advisors, real estate developers, beverage distributors and art gallery owners and dealers.

Prior to joining the firm, Juan Carlos worked in the acquisitions department of a real estate development company, The Lifestyle Development Company, LP, assisting in the formation of an international club focused on providing members with access to some of the world’s finest fishing and hunting properties.

 

 

Juan Carlos is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and advises clients in both languages.
